Built for a phone first.
The site is built for parents on their phones. Call and Book stay pinned to the bottom of the screen, so the next step is always one tap away.
Programs and coaches.
Programs are filterable by sport, and each coach has a profile with their own photo and background. Every photo on the site is the academy’s own: its coaches, its athletes, its gym in Tysons. No stock images.

Session requests.
A parent picks a program, fills in a short form and sends it. The request is emailed straight to the coaches, who reply directly.

Nex-Gen 2.0, the booking app.
In development. Not in the app stores yet.
An athlete and parent app for finding a coach nearby and booking a private session. A coach app for today’s sessions, the schedule, people, money and messages. A web portal for coaches adapted from Backstage, Bailar’s studio software. The platform started from Bailar’s codebase, and a private lacrosse coach’s apps now run on it too.
Nex-Gen Studio.
Delivered.
Set up on the head coach’s own MacBook and his own accounts, installed with one command and updated with another. He asks in plain words, and it cuts the academy’s real training footage into Instagram reels or runs research and planning tasks. It edits real footage only and never generates video. There are no screenshots here because every screen shows the academy’s private footage.
